Supported Independent Living
Live Your Life with the Right Support
Every individual has the right to live safely, comfortably, and independently. Our SIL service helps participants to live independently and in a good environment. We understand that you need complex care and 24/7 assistance.

Understand SIL
SIL stands for Supported Independent Living is an NDIS-funded service that enables individuals to live in shared or separate houses. Often, participants who have a severe health condition or need round-the-clock assistance choose SIL service.
We at Country Nursing Community Care provide satisfactory SIL service in Australia. Our SIL service includes:
- Regular assistance at home
- Help with personal care and cooking
- Supervision for safety and well-being
- Support building life skills

Why is SIL important?
SIL is not limited to support; it’s a path. A path to growth, to confidence, to learning life on your terms. SIL helps in:
- Live in a stable, secure home
- Make your own choices
- Learn valuable life skills
- Feel connected, not isolated

We Cover All – Solo and Shared Living
At Community Nursing Community Care, we come up with two SIL provisions – Solo and shared living. As per your desire and health condition, you can choose any one of them. Solo living is ideal for individuals who are more sensitive to privacy and do not engage in active communication. On the other hand, shared living best fits with extroverted participants, who have a moderate health condition and look forward to public interaction.
